Refund Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
The essentials, before the details:
- The subscription is monthly and renews automatically every month.
- You can cancel whenever you want, with no minimum term and no penalty.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- We do not refund the unused part of a month that has already started.
- The party that sells to you and charges you is Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), of the Stripe group, which may also refund you in cases this page does not provide for.
How the subscription works
There are two plans. Esencial gives you access to the courses and their videos, the live classes and their recordings, the resources and the community. Completo adds the trading journal, the leaderboard and Strategy Radar. They are charged in advance, when you subscribe, and then every month on the same date, at the price you accepted. Before paying you see the final price and the billing frequency.
The price of your subscription does not go up. The price you accept when you subscribe to a plan is the one you pay for as long as you keep it active, month after month. If we ever raise the price, the new price applies to those who subscribe from then on, not to you. What does change is coming back or changing plans: if you cancel and later subscribe again, or if you change plans, you pay the price that plan has on that day.
That guarantee is the normal case and we do not intend to depart from it. If, even so, we ever had to change the price of an ongoing subscription, we would notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, before the renewal to which it would apply, and you could cancel before that date without being charged the new price.
Changing plans
From Esencial to Completo the change is immediate: at that moment you pay the price difference for the days left until your next renewal, and from then on the Completo price every month. If that charge cannot be made, you stay on Esencial.
From Completo to Esencial the change applies at your next renewal. Until that day you keep Completo, which you have already paid for, and no part of it is refunded. You can cancel the change before that date from your account.
Who charges you
The party that sells you the subscription and charges you is Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), a Stripe group company, which, through the Stripe Managed Payments service, acts as seller on behalf of Revelio LLC. When you pay you see the purchase as “Sold through Link”, and on your bank statement it appears as LINK.COM* ALEFX. Receipts, invoices and refund notices are sent to you by Link by email, with their PDF, and any tax applicable in your country is calculated, collected and remitted by Link. Revelio LLC does not see or store your card details: you enter them on the Stripe payment page and they do not pass through our servers. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
Link may also refund you on its own initiative: in certain cases, within 60 days of the charge — for example, to avoid a chargeback —, and it applies the relevant consumer protections, such as the withdrawal periods required in your region. This is in addition to this policy and does not replace it; when Link does so, we respect it. Your purchase is also governed by the Link terms.
At link.com you can view your orders, cancel or update your subscription and change your payment method. Questions about a specific charge are handled by Link support.
If a charge fails
An expired card or a bank that declines the charge does not close your access that same day. From the first failed attempt you have a 7-day grace period: you keep logging in as normal, we notify you within the platform and Link/Stripe, which is the party that charges you, retries the charge and writes to you so that you update your card — you can change it from your account.
If after those 7 days the payment is still not completed, access is closed until it is settled. You lose nothing of yours: your account, your progress and your journal remain there, and become visible again as soon as the charge goes through.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us at patinomarysable@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with.
- Cancellation stops renewals: you are not charged again.
- You keep access until the last day of the paid period. On that day the subscription ends.
- Cancelling does not delete your account. If you also want us to delete your data, request it as explained in the privacy policy.
Refunds
Since access is immediate and you can cancel whenever you want, we do not make full or partial refunds of the current month, whether for days you have not used or for not having logged in to the platform.
We do refund the amount when the error is ours:
- if you have been charged twice for the same period;
- if you have been charged after cancelling correctly;
- if the platform has been inaccessible for a prolonged period for reasons attributable to us: we compensate you with the access time lost or, if you prefer, we refund the proportional part;
- in any other case in which the applicable law requires us to.
Added to this list is whatever Link grants on its own initiative: since Link is the party that sells to you, it may also refund you in cases that do not appear here.
When we accept a refund we request it from Link within a maximum of 14 days. The refund is carried out by Link/Stripe, to the same payment method you used and within the time frames set out in the Link terms: ours is the time frame within which we act, not a promise about Link’s timing, which we do not control. How long it then takes to show in your account depends on your bank.
A refund ends access. When the amount for a period is refunded, the subscription stops being active that same day: access is not kept until the end of the refunded month, because that month is no longer paid for.
Right of withdrawal
If you contract as a consumer from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law generally grants you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
That right does not apply to digital content that you begin to receive immediately, provided that you requested it. That is why the waiver is not a clause hidden in this page: you give it yourself, when purchasing. Before the payment form opens you must tick a mandatory checkbox with this text:
“Acepto que el acceso a los contenidos empiece de inmediato y renuncio a mi derecho de desistimiento de 14 días.” (“I agree that access to the content begins immediately and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal.”)
Without that checkbox ticked, payment does not open, and therefore there is no purchase. When you accept it we store your acceptance with its date and time and confirm it to you by email, so that you have it on a medium that does not depend on us. If the email does not arrive, or if you have just received an identical one because you started the purchase twice, the acceptance is recorded all the same: you can ask us for a copy whenever you want.
Nothing on this page limits the rights that the consumer law of your country grants you on a mandatory basis. If, in your case, you are entitled to withdraw, or to receive a proportional refund, we will respect it.
How to request a refund
Write to us at patinomarysable@gmail.com from your account email address, with the date of the charge and what happened. We will reply as soon as possible. Write to us even though the party that charged you is Link: we are the ones who know who you are and what you have subscribed to, and the ones who process the refund with them. We also ask you to do so before disputing the charge with your bank: it is almost always resolved sooner, and a chargeback may suspend your access while it is clarified.
