Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms govern the use of AlexandraFX. By creating an account or leaving your email address on the waiting list, you accept them. If anything does not suit you, write to us at patinomarysable@gmail.com before signing up.
Who provides the service
AlexandraFX is a trade name of Revelio LLC, a company incorporated in the state of Wyoming (United States), registered under number 2023-001349274 and with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It is Revelio LLC that provides the service to you, that maintains the platform and with whom you accept these terms.
The training is taught by Alexandra, author of the content and owner of the rights in it, which Revelio LLC distributes. We say this because it changes whom you claim what from: for the service and for your access, we are the ones responsible.
Who sells to you and who invoices you
You do not enter into the subscription directly with Revelio LLC. The seller is Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), a Stripe group company, through the Stripe Managed Payments service: Link acts as seller on behalf of Revelio LLC, it sells to you, and we sell through Link. That is why, when you pay, you see the purchase as “Sold through Link”, and on your bank statement it appears as LINK.COM* ALEFX.
- The purchase contract and the invoice are with Link, not with Revelio LLC. Receipts, invoices and refund notices, with their PDF, are sent to you by Link by email.
- Any indirect tax applicable in your country — VAT, sales tax or GST, where applicable — is calculated, collected and remitted by Link. The price you see before paying already includes it.
- Link may also refund you on its own initiative: in certain cases, within 60 days of the charge — for example, to avoid a chargeback —, and it applies the relevant consumer protections, such as the withdrawal periods required in your region. This is in addition to our policy and does not replace it, and nothing you read here takes away what Link grants you. Its terms are the Link terms.
- At link.com you can view your orders, cancel or update your subscription and change your payment method. Questions about a specific charge are handled by Link support.
What does not change: the platform, the content and the service remain Revelio LLC’s, and it is with Revelio LLC that you accept these terms. If something goes wrong with your access, write to us: although the charge is handled by Link, we are the ones who know who you are and what you have subscribed to.
What this is, and what it is not
AlexandraFX is training: videos, materials and tests on analysis and risk management in the financial markets.
- It is not financial advice or an investment recommendation, whether general or personalized.
- We do not provide trading signals or manage anyone’s money.
- We do not promise returns. Trading in the markets involves the risk of losing capital, and a significant proportion of those who try it lose money. What you learn here does not change that fact: what you decide to do with your money is your decision, and so are its consequences.
- Past results, whether ours or others’, do not predict future results.
We explain this in detail in the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be of legal age and provide truthful information when signing up.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, or giving access to the content to someone who has not paid, is grounds for closing the account without a refund.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you believe someone has accessed your account, notify us immediately.
Subscription, cancellation and refunds
- Access to the training is through a monthly subscription, charged in advance and renewed automatically every month. There are two plans: Esencial, with the courses and their videos, the live classes and their recordings, the resources and the community; and Completo, which adds the trading journal, the leaderboard and Strategy Radar. The price of each plan is the one shown on the website before you pay.
- You can change plans from your account. From Esencial to Completo the change is immediate and you pay, at that moment, the prorated part of the rest of the month. From Completo to Esencial the change applies at your next renewal: until then you keep Completo. Moving to Esencial does not delete your journal data.
- You can cancel whenever you want, with no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
- There are no full or partial refunds of the current period, except for errors on our part, where required by law or where Link grants one on its own initiative, as explained above.
- If a charge fails — an expired card, a bank that declines it — you do not lose access that same day: you keep it for 7 days from the first failed attempt, we notify you within the platform and Link/Stripe retries the charge. If after those 7 days it remains unpaid, access is closed until the payment is settled.
- Before paying you tick a mandatory checkbox with this text — “Acepto que el acceso a los contenidos empiece de inmediato y renuncio a mi derecho de desistimiento de 14 días.” (“I agree that access to the content begins immediately and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal.”) —, without which payment does not open. We send you that acceptance by email, and the details are in the refund policy. All of this is without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you by your law.
The details — renewal, the guarantee that your price does not go up, how to cancel, what happens if a charge fails and when we do refund the amount — are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
The content is ours
The videos, texts, downloadable materials, trademarks and the design of the platform itself are protected by intellectual property rights. By accessing them you receive a personal, limited and revocable license to study them: nothing more.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- download, record, copy or redistribute the videos by any means;
- publish the materials, in full or in parts, on other platforms;
- resell them, transfer them or use them to deliver your own training;
- circumvent the technical measures that protect access.
The journal and the leaderboard
You can record your trades manually or import them from the file exported by your broker. The journal is yours and private: no one else sees it.
The leaderboard is voluntary and works separately. If you decide to join, you choose a nickname and declare your capital, and from then on you appear ranked by percentage return alongside the other participants. What others see is the nickname, the number of trades and the percentage — never your name, your capital or your result in money. You can leave whenever you want, and your rows also disappear from leaderboards that have already closed.
As to what the leaderboard is and is not, it is worth being precise:
- Neither the capital nor the trades are verified. They are what each participant declares or imports. It is a motivational tool among students, not an audit of results, and anyone who decides to falsify it deceives, above all, themselves.
- It is not advertising of returns. The percentages shown belong to specific students over a specific period; they do not represent an expected, average or promised result, and they do not predict anything about what may happen to you.
- A closed period is not touched again: it is a snapshot of how it ended, not a figure we revise later.
The Radar
The Radar is a study tool. You write your rules — the conditions that, for you, define an opportunity — and every few minutes the Radar compares those rules with public market data and tells you what percentage of them is met right now. That percentage measures adherence, not profitability.
By using it you accept that:
- It is not a signal or advice. The Radar does not know your account, your capital, your positions or your broker, and does not take them into account: nothing it shows is tailored to your account or to your trading. It does not tell you to trade, nor when, nor how much. Revelio LLC is not authorized to give advice and does not do so.
- The rules are yours. You write them, you correct them and you activate them. The Radar measures them exactly as written, whether good or bad, and does not judge whether they make sense.
- Alerts are for information only and may not arrive. They depend on data from an external provider and on the service working at that moment. We do not guarantee that a reading is correct or timely, or that it arrives, and you must not make any decision relying on it arriving.
- What you do with your money is your decision, and so is its outcome.
We explain it with examples in the risk disclosure.
Tests and certificates
Tests are graded on our server and the number of attempts is limited, so that the result means something. Each certificate issued carries a unique serial number with which anyone can verify its authenticity on the website.
The certificate attests that you have completed a private training program. It is not an official qualification, it does not authorize you to provide investment services and it is not equivalent to any regulated license.
Acceptable use
It is not permitted to attempt to access parts of the service that are not yours to access, to extract data by automated means, to interfere with its operation or to use the platform for unlawful activities. We may suspend access where there is a clear breach.
Availability
We work to keep the platform always up, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service: there are maintenance windows, updates and third-party outages. Where an interruption is prolonged and attributable to us, we will compensate the access time lost.
We may also modify, add or remove content to keep the training up to date, provided that the whole does not lose the value for which you paid.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our breach on the terms set by the applicable law. We are not liable for the investment decisions you make or for their results, which are entirely yours. Nothing above limits the rights that consumer law grants you on a mandatory basis.
Changes to these terms
If they change, this page and its date change. Relevant changes are communicated by email with reasonable advance notice, and if you do not accept them you can cancel your access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the state of Wyoming (United States), with submission to its courts. The purchase contract you enter into with Link is, in addition, governed by the Link terms themselves.
This does not take away any of your rights as a consumer. If you contract as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. We state this clearly because a clause that sent a consumer to the other side of the world would not be valid, and we prefer to say so rather than feign a robustness it would not have.
